Come as you are
Welcome
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting. You may be struggling and feeling that things are becoming too much for you to manage alone.
It may be easier to talk about these challenges with someone who is not a friend or family member.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. As a Person-Centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to listen, understand, and walk alongside you as you gain clarity and move towards meaningful change.
I work with adults and young people aged 18-25, both online and in person. Clients come to counselling for many different reasons so whether you are seeking support for a specific issue and need a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement, you are welcome here.
How can counselling help?

- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Families experiencing addiction: alcohol & drug misuse
- Feeling overwhelmed or stuck
- Grief and loss
- Identity and self-discovery
- Life transitions / adjustments and change
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Neurodivergent experiences
- Parental stress
- Relationship difficulties
- Stress and burnout
- Trauma and difficult life experiences
Trauma-Informed Support
I work with clients who have experienced trauma and I understand the lasting impact it can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and everyday life. I provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, with empathy, acceptance, and respect for your individual journey.
I recognise the apprehension involved in choosing who to work with so here’s a little bit about me and how I work.
